FERRANDI Paris is seeking to fill in one faculty position to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching.
FERRANDI Paris brings together more than 100 faculty members, in technical and management fields, whose recent publications include articles in the following leading journals. FERRANDI Paris develops two main research orientations: culinary arts and hospitality innovation.
Missions:
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals.
They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment.
The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching in French and in English at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and the executive education levels.
Applicants must have experience in the Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality fields.
