Human Resources Management

The Department of Human Resource Management and Business Law of TBS Education is seeking to fill in one faculty position in the field of Human Resource Management to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching.

The position will start in September 2023.
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Management and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Team Management in French and English at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and the executive education levels. Researchers with an additional interest in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility are highly encouraged to apply.
