Strategic Management and Organization
Founded in 1967, European Business School (EBS) is a French pioneer in international management, European issues and experiential learning. A member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) and the Conférence des Directeurs des Ecoles Françaises de Management (CDEFM), European Business School (EBS) is an EFMD Accredited Master Grande Ecole with a Master’s degree for its Grande Ecole Program.
EBS is pursuing the development of its Faculty of Management by offering several teaching/research positions with proven teaching experience and significant publication capacity in the fields of management sciences in the following disciplines:
As a teacher-researcher at EBS, you will play a key role in achieving the school’s academic objectives. As a member of the EBS Faculty Management team, your key objectives are to ensure the long-term success and integration of our students. Your involvement in EBS’s experiential pedagogy aims to make students enterprising, humanistic, committed, and capable of working together to solve the most complex challenges of our time in Europe and around the world, with a positive impact on organizations.
You will also play an active role in EBS’s research policy, producing high-level scientific articles in FNEGE- or ABS-referenced journals, and promoting this work to the school’s stakeholders.
You will participate in the selection of candidates and support students in the success of their projects, assignments, and final dissertations at EBS, while contributing to the life and influence of EBS.
The position is full-time (5 days/week) and based in Paris. Salary to be determined according to profile and experience.
The candidate holds a PhD in Management Sciences and publish in national and international academic journals. As such, the candidate meets the CEFDG (French National Commission of Diploma Evaluation) definition of a publishing professor.
The candidate owns a significant academic and professional experience and are fluent in English. The candidate also has a keen interest in supervising students and know how to support them in their educational projects.
The candidate can implement innovative teaching methods as well as active and experiential teaching methods, and coordinate courses and specializations in management. Experience in e-learning is a plus.
The candidate enjoys getting involved collectively in new pedagogical innovation and research projects. Her/his sense of commitment allows to contribute to the development and influence of the school.
