Audencia (www.audencia.com) invites applications for a position as Assistant/Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship/Innovation. The position is for a full-time, permanent contract and is effective from now. The position will be based in Nantes.
The new faculty member will join our Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Innovation. The research and pedagogy axes include Entrepreneuring & Strategizing, Futures & Foresight, and Diversity & Plurality. The department counts 26 members of permanent faculty. Recent publications include articles in top journals. Faculty members are involved in editorial boards and associations. Our department hosts two research chairs – Chair in Family Entrepreneurship and Chair in Finance for Innovation.
Opportunities will be offered to teach in our campuses (Paris, La Roche-sur-Yon, Shenzhen – China) and in our partner campus in Algeria, Maroc, or Senegal.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. There are benefits including a research budget, additional funding opportunities, performance-based bonuses, and family medical coverage.
Applicants shall hold a Ph.D. or a Doctorate. They shall demonstrate their ability to teach effectively across all levels (from undergraduate to EMBA) and using different modes of delivery. Their research interests should align with the axes of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Audencia’s ECOS strategic plan.
They shall have developed or have the ability to develop a track record in publishing in top-tier ABS/Fnege ranked international journals. The teaching associated with the position will be in English and possibly in French.
The applicant should also demonstrate the ability to coordinate pedagogical activities. The applicant will have the opportunity to get involved in the management of programs such as MSc or Bachelor specialisation.
