Founded in 1967, European Business School (EBS) is a French Grande École de Management, and a member of both the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) and the CDEFM. The School holds the EFMD Accredited Master accreditation.
EBS’s main campus is located in Paris, and the School also has campuses in Barcelona, Dublin, and Ferrières (Seine & Marne). EBS offers Bachelor’s programmes, a Master in Management programme, and Master of Science programmes.
As part of its continued development and academic ambition, EBS is seeking to appoint several permanent faculty members in Management. We are looking for colleagues who wish to join a growing institution, contribute actively to its academic development, and engage fully in a demanding and collaborative academic environment at the intersection of teaching, research, and institutional service.

Main Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to contribute fully to EBS’s academic excellence through:
– Teaching by prioritising an active and engaging pedagogy in French and/or English across the School’s different programmes;
– Designing, updating, and coordinating courses, modules, or specialisations;
– Supervising and supporting students in their academic work, projects, and professional development;
– Publishing in recognised peer-reviewed academic journals;
– Developing ambitious and relevant research that sheds light on current transformations in organisations, industries, and markets;
– Taking an active part in the academic life of the School, including academic coordination, examination boards, recruitment activities, cross-functional projects, and Faculty initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a Doctorate/PhD in Management or in a closely related discipline within the broader field of management. Applications from candidates who are close to completing their doctoral dissertation will also be considered.
Candidates should demonstrate:
– A proven ability to teach to a high academic standard;
– Strong research potential or an established record of academic publication;
– The ability to thrive in a collegial Faculty environment and contribute to the School’s development;
– A clear willingness to go beyond the boundaries of their individual discipline in order to support a broader institutional ambition.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered a strong asset:
– Hybrid teaching and learning;
– Pedagogical innovation;
– Course, specialisation, or programme coordination;
– International academic environments;
– Research connected to current economic, managerial, and organisational transformations.
