ESDES is a dual-campus, international business school that educates over 2,200 students and professionals of more than 120 nationalities, to develop sustainable value in a globalized, digital world. ESDES contributes to the emergence of a responsible economy through its key stakeholders: its employees, partners, alumni, and students. AACSB-accredited, ESDES runs three different programs: Bachelor’s in Business, Master’s in Management (EFMD-accredited and ranked in the FT100 best Master’s in Management programs and QS top 150), and a certified MSc. Through its established position in Lyon’s Catholic University, ESDES offers a wide range of double degrees with the Faculty of Philosophy, the Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Science.
In view of its current development, ESDES is opening the following full-time lecturer positions:
Lecturer, in the Strategy, Organization & Human Relations department (in the following disciplines):
– Strategy management, Family Business management
– Entrepreneurship
Lecturer, in the Marketing and International Business department (in the following disciplines):
– Consumer behavior,
– Supply chain,
– B2B sales and marketing
– International Sales
– Marketing Innovation
Lecturer Positions:
A Lecturer is a full-time employee who teaches up to 300 h per year and provides student and learning support services during the assigned period. Lecturers will be expected to provide high-quality teaching and student guidance and perform other related work as required.
Applicants must have earned at least a Master’s degree from an accredited university (AACSB/EQUIS preferred). Industry experience and/or credentials are essential. The successful candidate will be able to teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including advising students and service to the university. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in written and spoken French is preferred.
