Founded in 1919, Clermont School of Business has three accreditations: AACSB, EFMD Bachelor, and AMBA. The ambition of its strategic plan « Reveal 2027 » is to reveal the talents and passions of a new generation of agents of change, placing people and the planet at the heart of its choices. To achieve this, the School is committed to training and supporting its students by developing their skills, sharpening their critical thinking, and encouraging them to explore all possibilities.
With a core faculty of around fifty permanent professors and a large network of experts, the School welcomes more than 2,000 students (a third of whom are international) on its initial training programs: Bachelors, Master Grande Ecole, Specialised Masters, MBAs, and Masters of Science. Clermont School of Business also has a continuing education activity and offshore programs.
As a founder, with the Université Clermont Auvergne, of CleRMa (Clermont Recherche Management), a management science research laboratory on the Clermont site, the School is pursuing ambitious objectives in terms of intellectual contributions resolutely focused on sustainable management.
The historic Clermont School of Business campus is located in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand, a student town renowned for its quality of life and its cultural and sporting dynamism. Rooted in the history of the school, this campus offers a working environment favorable to personal and professional development.
At the start of the 2024 academic year, Clermont School of Business inaugurated its new XL campus and adopted a new name. It is also now present in Morocco, with the opening of a campus in Marrakech, and in China.

Clermont School of Business is looking for professors willing to join an institution with a human dimension that has a strong identity based on the quality of its teaching, proximity between teachers and students, and the many solid links forged both with the local ecosystem and with our international partners. Highly motivated candidates who have demonstrated excellence in research as well as teaching are encouraged to apply.
By joining our permanent faculty, each professor will be required to:
All our professors must have proven teaching experience, an appetite for educational innovation and the ability to publish significantly in their field of research.
Full-time positions (5 days/week) will be available in September 2025, based in Clermont-Ferrand. The teaching activities cover all the levels offered by the School: Bachelor, Program Grande Ecole, Specialized Master’s, MBA, and Masters of Science (MSc). The remuneration is based on profile and experience, and may include a research bonus.
You have significant professional and academic experience and are able to teach in French and English. You have a PhD in Management Sciences or related disciplines and publish in national and international academic journals. Your interest in teaching and your ability to adapt will enable you to teach a variety of audiences. You are close to the business world and to practitioners, with whom you know how to forge links.
You are committed to helping students succeed. Curious and open-minded, you enjoy getting involved in the development and deployment of new projects, whether related to teaching, research or the creation of new activities, in a collaborative spirit. You want to be part of a school with a human dimension.
You have a sense of responsibility and shared commitment, and you will be able to get involved to contribute to the development and influence of the School.
Teaching experience in accounting/controlling in French and English is required.
Teaching experience in courses preparing the French advanced diploma in accounting and management (DSCG) including the Section 4 of DSCG : “Accounting & Auditing” is strongly desired. A marked interest in extra-financial and/or environmental accounting will be also desirable.
Experience in continuing education and/or consulting will be appreciated, as well as successful managerial responsibilities.
