Founded in 1967, European Business School (EBS) is a pioneering French Grande Ecole in international management, European affairs, and experiential learning. Member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) and the Conférence des Directeurs des Écoles Françaises de Management (CDEFM), Eueropean Business School holds European Foundation of Management Development (EFMD) programme accreditation. European Business School offers its programmes on its Paris, Barcelona, and Dublin campuses.

European Business School values teaching and research activities that strengthen its interdisciplinary “human-tech-management” positioning. Our teaching approach emphasizes experiential learning and learning-by-creating methods strongly connected to real-world companies’ issues.

European Business School is developing its faculty and is seeking applicants with high research and teaching potential for several permanent positions of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor including:

FinTech and Data Analytics
Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Digital & AI-powered Marketing
Strategic Management & Corporate Social Responsibility

Description du poste :

The main responsibilities of the appointee include the following:

Develop and deliver high-quality teachings and inspiring learning opportunities for students to help them achieve their learning goals
Publish in high-quality peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE, AJG) and produce intellectual contribution according to EBS’s research policy
Supervise Master students
Engage and participate in European Business School’s activities and school life

Applications will be considered until the positions are filled. The position is full-time (5 days/week) and based in Paris. Salary to be determined according to profile and experience.

Profil recherché / Compétences requises

We are looking for dynamic, high-potential applicants who:

Hold a PhD (or are nearing completion) from an internationally recognized institution
Have a publication record (or strong publication potential) in international peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE and / or AJG)
Commit to interdisciplinary collaboration, following the “human-tech-management” positioning of the school
Are passionate about innovative topics and methods in teaching ; and closed relations with world of practice and companies
Can deliver courses in English
