ESCE International Business School (Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur) is a private higher education business school founded in 1968 with a strong focus on international business. Description du poste :

We are seeking a faculty member with a track record of pedagogical excellence in teaching Accounting/Control/Financial management. We expect the successful candidate to supervise our ‘Controlling, Finance and Organizations’ specialization track.

The full-time position is intended to be filled at the senior level, but particularly promising junior candidates will be considered as well. The expected start date is August 2023.

Profil recherché / Compétences requises

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

PhD or a Doctorate in Accounting/Finance ,
Demonstration of the ability to publish in highly ranked academic journals related to the field of research (ABS and FNEGE lists),
Demonstrate excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels,
Demonstration of the ability to teach in both English and French,
Demonstrate ability to integrate and collaborate with a dynamic research team within the School and with colleagues at other accredited Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty institutions.

The proposed salary and working conditions will be in accordance with the qualifications and experience of the candidate. Beyond this remuneration, bonuses may be granted for scientific publications, other intellectual contributions, pedagogical innovations, administrative responsibilities, in accordance with the Charter of Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty.
