Description du poste :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Career Management and Talent Management. The candidate will be working on various research projects, including some related (but not only) to job search, recruitment, and careers research.

The ideal candidate will:

have strong skills in managing (collect, clean, and organize) data (including longitudinal datasets),
have outstanding analytical skills, preferably in Stata, Mplus, or R,
have very good academic writing skills.

Profil recherché / Compétences requises

Required qualifications:

Hold a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management) or Work and Organizational Psychology
Be fluent in English

What we offer:

A 12-months-fixed term contract (renewable for 6 more months)
Access to an office and state-of-the-art research facilities and resources on the Reims or Rouen campus
The foreseen start date is January 2, 2024 (an earlier/later starting date can be arranged).
