The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Information Systems (or will be at the final stage before submission) with an expertise in digital transformation or digital business, excellent teaching abilities, and the potential to publish in leading academic journals.

Applicants must demonstrate a research interest in areas related to the digital transformation of organizations, particularly with an organizational focus (including domains such as digital strategy, business process reengineering, digital business and innovation models, IT change management and risk management).

Previous industry experience with IT-driven transformation projects such as in IT consulting or digital consultancy would be appreciated. Fluency in English is required as well as a basic level of Spanish is necessary to be able to interact with the stakeholders of the school and the environment. The ability to speak French would also be a plus.

The successful candidate will be based on TBS Barcelona campus within our brand-new facilities.
