In response to its continuous growth, IÉSEG School of Management is looking for a full time permanent senior professor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship for its Paris campus (starting January or September 2025). He/She/They will be a part of the Department of “Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Information Systems”.

ABOUT IÉSEG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
IÉSEG holds the “triple crown” of international accreditations (AACSB, AMBA & EQUIS) and is a member of the “Conférence des Grandes Écoles”. The School offers Bachelor, Master and Post-Graduate Degrees as well as Executive Education programs. IÉSEG is also one of the leading French business schools in terms of research. The IÉSEG Research Center is accredited by the French CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research). Our Lille Campus is in the heart of Northern France (within the triangle made up by London, Paris, and Brussels), and our Paris Campus is located in the biggest European business district of “La Défense”. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The department of “Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Information Systems” consists of more than 20 permanent academic staff who teach and perform research in the areas of Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Law, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, among others. ABOUT THE POSITION
Teaching will be the main focus of the selected candidate by delivering high-quality teaching at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level in the area of Innovation. He/she/they is expected to actively contribute to the design and development of the school’s programs, as well as participate in school service. The candidate should have strong teaching skills and experience in MBA and executive teaching.
As such, we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English, as most courses are taught in this language. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement.
In terms of research, the selected candidate will contribute to IÉSEG’s vibrant research community through their research. He/she/they is therefore expected to hold a PhD in Innovation or a related discipline and have the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
For an appointment at the Associate/Full Professor level applicants are required to have (a) extensive higher education teaching experience; (b) a strong publication record in international refereed journals; and (c) good networks in academia and/or professional circles at regional and international levels.
Professional experience and good knowledge of the industry are a plus.
