EMLV is a non-profit higher education institution (Grande Ecole in the French system) located in Paris La Défense, France. EMLV (EFMD, AMBA, and AACSB accredited) offers a broad range of business and management programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. The 5-year Master in Management program is fully accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and awards a university-level Master degree (diplôme BAC+5 visé Grade Master). As part of the Leonard de Vinci Group, EMLV also offers double degree programs with complementary schools of the Group: ESILV Graduate School of Engineering and IIM Digital School. EMLV Business School (EMLV) is seeking applicants with high research and teaching potential for several positions of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor including:

Sales and Negotiation
Sustainability
Innovation and Luxury
Creative Industries Management

The full-time position is on our Paris La Défense campus. The main responsibilities of the appointee include the following:

Publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE, ABS)
Teaching at various levels using innovative pedagogy
Supervise MSc/MBA/Master students
Engage and participate in EMLV’s activities and school life

Applications will be considered until the positions are filled. Remuneration will be based on the applicant’s academic qualifications and experience.

Profil recherché / Compétences requises

Candidates should hold a PhD in Marketing from a leading institution and have an established record of excellence in teaching and research within the advertised discipline (FNEGE/ABS publications). They should be fluent in English. A good knowledge of French and the French system of “Grandes Ecoles” will be appreciated without being a pre-requisite.
