Human Resources Management

The Department of Human Resource Management and Business Law of TBS Education seeks to fill one faculty position in the field of Human Resource Management to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They have demonstrated these qualities during their doctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, in French and English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. They will also develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and executive education levels. Researchers with an additional interest in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility are highly encouraged to apply.
